HARVEST THANKSGIVING

Sunday 9 October 2011

Our Harvest Service will be held on Sunday 9 October 2011.  Our donation of harvest goods will be distributed amongst the needy people of Glasgow.  The three centres who will be very grateful for our gifts this year are Kirkhaven, Talbot Association and the Wayside Centre.

 

Members of the congregation wishing to donate harvest goods are invited to bring them along to the CHURCH on Saturday 8 October between 10.30am – 12 noon where they will be gratefully received.

 

Listed below are items which will be useful.

NO OUT OF DATE OR HOMEMADE GOODS PLEASE

Donations go not only to those less fortunate than ourselves in Glasgow, but to those abroad too.  The children from Sunday School will again be donating stationery items for the Primary School at Ekwendeni and the Leaders will be in touch with the children regarding this collection.  If you wish to donate any items to Ekwendeni please either speak to Ross McGhee or bring the items along to Church on Sunday 9 October at the 11.00am service.
